The Valencia CF Psychology Department have prepared a series of tips to help overcome this difficult time for society in an effective way.
Emilio Ibañez, a psychologist for the club, talks about the concept of 'positive mentality' in today's section, giving three specific steps to becoming a more effective thinker.
The advice will feature on a weekly basis during the lockdown period due to the COVID-19 crisis.
